Getting better

Having just started lax at the ripe old age of 47... watching the kids, thought I know... But I digress. Bought this at 2024 flags to let me practice the basics without flinging the ball over the neighbours fence, chasing it down the field, hitting the window, or all of the above. Will it improve my game? Can't make it worse.... Sturdy, does what is says on the tin and definitely means I can practice without needing loads of space. Only grumble would be it feels a bit pricey for a ball on a rope but if it helps me learn how to cradle the damn ball...
