All our orders are double checked before shipping. However, from time to time errors will occur. Any delivery errors must be reported within 7 days from date of delivery. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days, then you must inform us, as we will not responsible for the location of your order after the 7 days.
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. Payment is never taken from you until stock has been checked and dispatched. It is important you provide a valid email address in order for us to send you an email confirming the order. All orders will be shipped in order to reach the customer within 5 working days. We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excluding all UK bank holidays). We dispatch all our orders by either Recorded First Class Royal Mail or Business Post (UK Mail) depending on weight. European and International orders are shipped via either Royal Mail International or FedEx and take between 7-10 working days. - Returns & Replacements
- Here at Northernsoulsportswear.com we strive to provide you with the best customer care possible. If you should be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us UNWORN, WITH ALL RELEVANT SWING TAGS, LABELING, BRANDING AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL SPECIFIC TO THE ITEM.
Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note stating which item you are returning and how you would like us to deal with your return.
We can either
a) Refund: the amount paid will be refunded onto your original payment card, minus the original Postage & Packaging cost.
b) Exchange: please state size you require, or if exchanging for alternative item, please state the product code along with the size required. If exchange item is cheaper in price then the price difference will automatically be refunded onto your payment card. However, should the exchange item be more expensive we will contact you before shipment for payment authorisation. Exchanges within the UK Mainland are free.
c) Cancel Order: In accordance with the distance selling regulations you are able to cancel your order within 7 days. If the order has already been dispatched, you must return the goods to us immediately on receipt and we will process your refund (minus Postage & Packaging) once we have received the goods back in their unopened and original packaging.
Northernsoulsportswear.com does not provide a free collection service for returns, and we cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in transit, so please ensure you take necessary steps for extra compensation at the Post Office. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery. Please also keep your receipt as proof of postage.
We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit, refund if the item(s) are worn, damaged, marked or in any condition we deem renders the item unfit for resale.
Please ensure that you write your order number or postcode on the returns form, without this we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be processed.
When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE replacement, exchange or refund.
It is not possible to cancel an order once placed. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrive you are entitled to return goods for a refund or replacement. It is your duty to ensure the goods are returned safely. You are also responsible for the cost of P&P for non faulty goods. Reprebate.com will pay for shipping charges for faulty or incorrect goods.
